For contrast and drama we decided to add burgundy: a deep and rich red that was popular in the Rococo paintings. You can also use other pastel colours, such as pale pink, pale blue, and vintage gold.

The best flowers are roses and peonies, which are romantic and feminine. You can choose pastel colours for your bouquets and centerpieces or mix them with darker tones for a more dramatic effect. The cake of your wedding should be a stunning work of art, worthy of the Rococo style. A tall cake, adorned with flowers and lace, will capture the essence of the Versailles era.
